HELM ITALIA promotes the development of a professional culture based on training, in order to keep high the value of the Human Resources.

Every year, HELM ITALIA identifies the most appropriate training course through an analysis of Business needs and according to the respective job responsibilities.

The training program includes participation at: courses, workshops, seminars, conventions and congresses organized by Trade Associations and Educational Institutions accredited by the Lombardy Region, which provide: mandatory, behavioral, vocational, language, IT and Technical Management training.
